With proper care, an Esmee wig can last up to a year of frequent use. Synthetic wigs may last 6 months with daily wear. Limit heat styling and gently brush fibers to maximize the wig’s lifespan.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day and shipped via USPS. Delivery within the US takes 3-5 business days. International shipping may take 5-10 days.

Adjust wig cap size, gently brush hairline flat, and secure combs for application. Use wig caps to protect natural hair and absorb excess oils. Remove wigs slowly from back to front. Never yank the wig off.

Hand wash synthetic wigs with cool water and gentle shampoo. Air dry completely before styling. For human hair wigs, use specialized cleansers and conditioners. Limit heat tools to reduce damage.

Unworn Esmee wigs in original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer service to initiate an exchange. We will issue replacements for defective products.

Unfortunately Esmee does not currently offer wigs sized for kids. Our wigs are designed to fit adult heads. Check back for any updates on expanded sizing.

Our lace front wigs with breathable cap construction maximize comfort and ventilation for sensitive scalps. Choose lightweight synthetic fibers for maximum comfort.

We don’t recommend swimming in our wigs. However, you can wear them in light rain. Always handle wigs delicately when wet and allow to fully air dry.

Apply adhesive only to the perimeter of the lace, then gently press into hairline. Trim excess lace using small scissors. Blend in with makeup or scalp powder.

Our wigs work equally well on all hair types. Adjustcap size and placement to get an optimal fit. Wig grips can help secure wigs on slick or short hair.
